If a person wants to do more than they can try a seven day plant that involves having fruit when you first wake up. You follow it with one bowl of whole grain grains 30 minutes later. It is okay for a person to flavor their food with sweet liquids or some butter. For lunch and dinner, you simply have steamed veggies. It is not hard for a person to make these changes in their meals and will help them to cleanse their body. A person could also choose to follow a detox that can be difficult. To do this you would have to commit to10 days on a liquid diet. Some people might find this too radical.
Is there something in place for you to follow once you have followed one of these programs. Do not get your hopes up too high if you see a drastic change in the way your body looks once you have cleansed it. People gain the extra pounds in the first place because of the bad habits that they have and without changing them, the pounds will come back. To maintain your weight loss and to increase it, you need to make some lifestyle modifications that include better nutrition and exercise. That is the key to health and detoxing is one way to get there.
